Get started in three steps
- Add to Chrome and sign in. Install from the Chrome Web Store and sign in with the Google account that manages your business.
- Open review management. Select your business through “Open review management” in the extension. Import past replies as examples.
- Review and publish. Click “AI reply”, check and edit the draft, then use Google’s Reply button to publish.
Use desktop Google Chrome with owner or manager access to a Google Business Profile. The extension’s “Open review management” link opens the screen that supports the AI reply button.

For customers in Japan, the tax-inclusive monthly prices are JPY 1,078 for Pro and JPY 3,278 for MAX. Check the final amount and tax at checkout. FREE includes 10 drafts in total. Pro includes 50 drafts each month. MAX team billing is per active member, with a shared allowance of 500 drafts per team each month.
Change plans and manage monthly auto-renewal from the extension’s plan screen. Imported examples and drafts carry over when you upgrade. See the terms of use and commercial terms.
Check the wording before you post
You review and publish every reply, including drafts created with batch replies. Reviewer names are excluded from data sent to the server. Email addresses, phone numbers and URLs in review text are masked before AI processing and storage. See our privacy policy for details.

Sign in with Google and accept the terms to try the dedicated FREE plan. The extension has its own FREE, Pro and MAX plans.
How do I continue after 10 drafts?
Select Pro or MAX from the extension’s plan screen for a monthly allowance.
What happens after I stop renewal?
Your records and imported examples are retained. Contact support if you would like them deleted.
