01 Add to Chrome and sign in
Install from the Chrome Web Store and open the extension. Sign in with the Google account that manages your business, then review the terms.
02 Open review management
Use “Open review management” in the extension and select your business. If you have past replies, import them as examples.
03 Review the draft and post
Click “AI reply” beside a review. Check and edit the draft, then publish it with Google’s Reply button.
Can’t see the AI reply button?
The buttons do not appear when reviews are opened from the management panel in Google Search. Reopen your reviews using “Open review management” in the extension.

The free allowance is a one-time total of 10 replies; it does not reset monthly. Prices are shown in Japanese yen. Japan tax-inclusive prices are JPY 1,078 for Pro and JPY 3,278 for MAX. Review the amount and tax shown at checkout. MAX teams are charged per active member; the 500 monthly replies are shared by the whole team and do not increase when members are added.

Your business has the final say.
AI creates a draft, never an automatic post. Reviewer display names are not sent to the server. Email addresses, phone numbers and URLs in review text are masked before AI processing and storage.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need the coremeo managed service?
The extension has its own FREE, Pro and MAX plans. You can try it after signing in with Google and reviewing the terms. The managed service has a separate application process.
Can I use it on my phone?
Use the extension in desktop Google Chrome. If you are reading this on a phone, open this page’s URL on your computer to install it.
Does batch mode post automatically?
No. You post every reply yourself, including in batch mode. Confirming a draft and posting it to Google are separate actions.
What happens after the 10 free replies?
The free allowance does not reset each month. To generate more replies, choose a paid plan from the extension’s plan screen.
Are my examples deleted when I cancel?
Records and examples are retained after you stop renewal. Contact support if you want them deleted. Cancelling does not reset your cumulative free allowance.
